Deep Teeth Cleaning in Ridgewood, Queens
Told you need a deep cleaning? It means gum disease has started below the gumline, and scaling and root planing at our Fresh Pond Road office is how it gets stopped.
Scaling removes the hardened tartar stuck to your tooth roots below the gums; root planing smooths those surfaces so the gum tissue can heal snugly against them again. It is the evidence-based first move against periodontitis, and at our Ridgewood office it is planned from your actual pocket measurements.
